Simple Quote has been updated to represent pricing for database and engineered systems as of October 24th, 2012. One benefit of writing Costimizer–for which I continue to seek beta testers–is that my programming chops are updated to modern languages such as jQuery and JavaScript, making widgets like Simple Quote fun and easy to write.

Using Simple Quote (nice tool). The Exadata maint number seems to include both Premier Systems Support and Premier OS support (and data/device retention). Since Systems Support includes OS support why would you need both?

Doesn’t seem like it, thanks! Support calculations for hardware have been updated to only include Oracle Premier Support for Systems, which is 12% of net hardware fees.
